Refund Policy

"Ohire" is committed to your satisfaction. If you have purchased digital/Digital goods/subscription from  Ohire and are unhappy with the Services received, you may be eligible for a refund/partial refund if requested within 7 days of the original purchase date.

These following will be applicable over all plans available for purchase over Ohire.in. (For Now Individual Listing and Business Listing)

 

  • Refunds Will Be Settled In Your Original Payment Methods Within 7 Working Days From Date Of Written Request That You Can Submit Over accounts@ohire.in.

  • The Listing Will Be Deactivated once Ohire process refund and you need to pay registration fees again along with filling registration form in case of creating Listing again on Ohire.

  • Ohire will make immediate refunds in case of double payment made over website by mistake.

  • In case Ohire rejects your Listing. Refunds will be initiated after 24 hours and will be settled in 7 working days.

  • After 7 days of purchase no refund / cancellation request will be entertained by Ohire. 


Refunds of Digital/Registration Based Purchases:
To be eligible for a refund on any digital/subscription based goods, the following steps must be taken:
Refund must be requested in writing by contacting accounts@ohire.in
Request of refund must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date
Ohire is committed to its consumers, and while we stand by our policy as written above, we also want to understand how we can resolve the dissatisfaction and better understand how we can serve you.
